Yup, as I said... we need better rigs or a new sit rig because they are outdated.

Our ADG rig without proper rigs beside it is all the optimizer really is. Change my mind!

I don’t understand your heartburn with this. More soft pay is better, the more places we can pick it up the better. W T F O

Not exactly. Those are rigs for sure, but they can be easily wiped out via creative scheduling compliments of the optimizer. We need a dedicated "sit rig" which is exactly what AAL has. I have written my Reps about this numerous times and am hopeful it will appear in C-19, I mean C-22, scratch that C-23. IIRC,not 100% sure but its something like this, AAL Pilots get 1 for 2 on sits over 2 hours - which is hard pay. Sit for three hours they get an additional 30 minutes, sit for 4 hours an extra hour of hard pay.

OK - I know your post is in jest, great job with the emojis, but as you know the "sit rig" would be for the domestic line dogs that power through the grind, day after day. Its not even an afterthought with the WB international crowd.

Go on. Pull up any random trip and apply your “be careful what you ask for” mentality. Probably some pretty scary stuff, but I’d like to educate myself.

One I can think of off the top of my head is that if the rigs are too onerous, 30 hour south America layovers will become 12 hour rockets. I know a lot of guys really dig efficient trips but I don't fly international to sit in an airport hotel.
