It's pretty easy to do in the excel version of the seniority list. Create a new column that compares today's date with retirement date to determine age. Then scatterplot age vs seniority number.

Also, seniority is on the Y axis, so it's actually everyone ABOVE you that is junior to you.'

The lucky bastards are the outliers that stick out along the bottom left edge of the plot. They'll all be top 10 someday if they stay healthy and interested.

Another interesting fact is that, unless you are destined to be #1 on the seniority list, there will ALWAYS be someone senior to you that is younger than you.
