That's an increase, it's already less than ALV. (ALV-5 IIRC) Really?

Just make the trigger a hard 65hrs. And for SS/QS pay, same as GS…need to meet the 65hr trigger.

Line guarantee is 65hrs…that’s what you have to get in credit for your SS/GS/QS to pay 200%. There…no more sr pilots dropping trips to pick Qs/SS at 200% all the time and no more moving of trigger.

Increase the use of bank to meet the trigger from 5hrs to 10hrs. So in theory, you can drop down to 55 hrs…use 10hrs from the bank to meet trigger and feel free to pick any SS/GS/QS. Also include a counter so everyone has a chance.

This would raise the GS trigger

But I’m all for a common “premium counter”.

That would put GS ahead of SC Reserve. You think that would ever happen?

He used poor wording but the idea would be to move OOBWS down the ladder to after IBGS. So all the LC/SC would be unaffected, other than the handful of SC pilot who get saved by an OOBWS pickup less than 18 hours to report.

Not necessarily. If OOBWS is lowered down the ladder to be after IBGS…

He said raised, not lowered.

Agreed, premium is premium; however, it is unpopular according to SK. I have reached out and suggested the same.

not picking on you, but….

why is there so much angst against sr pilots that are able to play the game well and make bucks?? Some day you too will be sr, and curse the day you screwed yourself.

and those that clear their line, will continue to do so for reasons that are their own.

And no I’m not that sr, about 45% BES. Clear my schedule? Most of it if able, depending on time of year. Bonito run right now, mahi won’t be far behind. October… deer ducks fish…work? No time for that.
