most of this airline was hired when there was 1 form of voluntary premium and it was leveled. Those arguing for no leveling now had no problem spending 2 decades of their career with a senior pilot only getting 1 premium trip before going to the back of the line. SS/QS moved the goalposts, wanting them all leveled and on the same counter is just putting them back where we found them.

Not senior, but I do want the senior people to guarantee that when I am senior I will be able to have all the things senior people get now like dropping whole schedule, unlimited silver slips, and 23m7 payouts.
Or I will settle for the senior people to at least not complain when the majority of junior people vote for their own interests to include spreading the benefits that only the senior people see right now more evenly throughout the entire group

I've always said I wish it was more practical to be involved in LEC meetings. It truly only caters to the people who can hold off those days (May is a Saturday which automatically excludes many junior pilots) and those who live locally.

Oh boy it’s the Silver Slip leveling crowd again.
Not sure why this crowd doesn’t get that ALV+15 is the limit for SSs. Senior folks that get multiple SS do so by dropping their schedule. Most drop their schedule by giving away nice trips on the swap board, benefiting junior pilots. There’s levels to this.

Again, why is SS treated differently than ANY other premium pay?
Senior should get first pick. They should net get ALL the picks.
