Did you ever send the check to the Delta Pilots Charitable Fund?

Really, it's 80 degrees and sunny out where I live! :D

Oh, and I view the minority as 14-5, or 62-38 of 94% of the pilots. That minority deserves respect. The process deserves respect. But consensus doesn't equal doing it the way the minority chooses.

You must have missed my numerous "the DPA is dead" statements the last 6 months. Selective listening from a unionoid... figures.

I forgot the check... I'll send that in since you did win that round.

As far as the minority... figures you'd view it that way. 38% of the pilot group thought we could have done way better recently. That is no small number.

what position does that slowplay guy have in DALPA?

I can't believe our money goes to supporting his efforts to justify DALPA decisions that are diminishing our careers more every week.

Um, forgive me but if they were originally coming in Aug 2013 and are now coming in Sep 2013 then isn't that a change? Originally we were told that we would take delivery of 16 B717 aircraft in 2013. Now it appears that is down to 12 aircraft. Or did I misinterpret SD's latest update?

A statement disavowing the divisive class warfare shot you took.

Ya... class warfare. Like the couple of "yes vote" Captains I've flown with over the past few weeks who have said they don't care about scope. I guess us junior guys should just suck it up.

you sure about that?

Are you:

a) lying, or
b) negligent?

Either way, you getting paid by us via FPL is unacceptable.

Continue to throw that hammer. The ideology of our union needs to change otherwise we are all screwed until the last day.

Fits more than ever....

76drvr, I think it's easy to choose how to vote. If a candidate's focus is on the MEC Policy Manual, it won't be on pay, working conditions, and benefits.

Can you describe the last day at Delta that you got pooped on please? I haven't been pooped on in years.

Are you saying that following policy and improving pay, benefits and working conditions are mutually exclusive?

Don't mind me, just lurking in this thread. Wonder if the following ties in with the SEA announcement Monday (received from another site):

DELTA from 01JUN13 plans to boost capacity on Seattle – Tokyo Narita service, where it’ll operate Boeing 747-400 aircraft, instead of Airbus A330-300. NRT departure with 747 service begins from 02JUN13.

Schedule:

DL155 SEA1515 – 1655+1NRT 744 D
DL156 NRT1515 – 0750SEA 744 D

All times are GMT -8. The time now is 11:31 AM.
