I have P/D a few random reserve days scattered through out 2012. Like sick calls, do too many PD's get you on the company radar?

Anyway, Congrats to you Dave! We hope you can do some good without getting your head taken off by those trying to maintain power and status quo.

PS- Transparency is always a good thing. The worker bees like it a lot.

A guy in my wife's church in Michigan was a former Lions guy from that era as well. He would get in the car and completely forget where he was.

Really amazing the long term effects of all those impacts.

I wouldn't see why since you're not being paid for those days

It's amazing that he lived to be 77. Most of those guys are crippled by the time they're 50. Jim McMahon is a zombie most of the time, Dick Butkus can barely walk. Given the size and speed of today's players, it's going to be even worse.

I used to P/D my whole month as well when I was in my first year. Never heard a peep.

Exactly. And it starts early too. I went to a few Cobb Football League games last year and was absolutely amazed at the size of the hits those kids were laying on each other.

Yep-my nephew who is 16 has been diagnosed with a neurological disorder the docs believe is the result of peewee football. Very, very sad.

Wow, I'm on year 5+ and can't drop and have been denied APD's in the past. I've been trying to drop trips this month with no luck. Required 45 available 44 or less in the case of an APD!
