So Repuauauquablic is going to start flying 44 seat ERJ-140s for Delta? Odd airplane to use.

They, like the most majestic water fowl, have flown south for the winter. :)

Just like the cockroach, they'll survive any nuclear winter.

I remember walking onto a -30 a few years back. The pax in front of me walked on, saw the interior, and said "wow, this must be a brand new plane."

I almost laughed out loud knowing that plane was over 10 years older than the pilot standing behind her.

Does the "9" still have the stall warning claxon of about 100 dbs, when it went off you almost wanted crash the bird just to make it stop.

No DC-9 pilot can tell you. When controlled by a qualified 9 pilot, the airplane dare not have anything go outside of normal.

sure. if you say so.

76 seaters will certainly grow. skyteam members will grow.

Our mainline fleet and block hours may increase in the distant future, but if DALPA continues to bail out management by convincing the sheep to pi$$ away work rules and QOL, our seniority list sure won't grow.

People like dalad either don't understand the correlation between work rule give aways and growth/advancement or he doesn't care because.....he already got his. You decide.

Yes. I have heard they don't venture too far away from Atlanta nowadays. :)
