Or any of 100 other combinations that will now be profitable for Virgin if they are picking up Delta feed on their way through the US.

This Joint Venture is incredibly dangerous for us.

It doesn't take a crystal ball to see what's going to happen with this deal.
This is just a continuation of the Australia thing.
Delta heavy jets are being phased out.
Its not really about pilot costs though. That's only a minor factor.
Its about generating revenue without having to make capital investments.
Delta wants to be a virtual airline to the extent possible. Selling airline tickets without actually having to buy airplanes is very profitable.
