Vacation bidding strategies:
I'm guessing someone has a formula that works. I have failed vacation bidding every year. This past year, just because of the new vacation swap system, I got most of what I wanted. I'm sure vaction slide makes it even better. What strategy does the best for you? desired times for me are (not in order) spring break, 1 week in every summer month, thanksgiving, Christmas.
