1) Somehow, my kid knows if we are going down a grade in a jetway. Just as we enter the door ..... ppppfftttttttrrrrgump!

We can change it prior to boarding, we can try not feeding it, we can try getting it to sleep ... but by some miracle it knows the worst possible time to poop. Of course we, me with my bag tags and my wife's luggage with it's old regional airline tags, are instantly identified for the freeloaders we are; then the smell hits them ....

Not that we desire to make our employees look bad. We're just really junior and when you get a seat on the last flight out of town ....

(yet another reason to run the packs on the ground)

2) I told my wife there are no changing tables in the Men's bathroom. She has yet to discover.

3) Just wait until your kid learns how to butterfly kick a turd. For about a week mine would hook it into the wall and laugh hysterically.

Hilarious Bar...brings back memories. Had me laughing out loud!

I cleared my Delta cookies and now it seems to work on FF.

I believe Delta IT is doing some MX today.

Perhaps re-running the punch cards?

Did the nuclear football actually say it was the nuclear football? I think the photo is somewhat fake.

BTW, I did corporate. My layovers were more epic. So much so, if I told you about them, you'd have to kill yourself, because they were just that degrading and lame.

Luckily, the guy I flew with salvaged most of them and got us better hotels. But that couldn't stop the pain at the airport.

I remember that landing.

A little bar trivia.....the origination of the term "nuclear football" was because the original nuclear codes were termed "Dropkick."

True story.

Youth is as much attitude as physical. Well OK, maybe not "as much" but at least partly. ;)

As DLR says:

"When was the last time you did something for the first time?"

Scoop :)

Delta wants pilots to watch turbulence with iPads - Jacksonville Business Journal

PilotFrog 01-09-2013 09:17 AM

I thought the author might have been wrong about iPads being used an not Surface or Samsungs, but it says it right in there that the LCAs will be using iPads and won't get them close than 18 inches from the MDUs. What is this turbulence algorithm the 737 has?

The B737 is the only aircraft type within DAL’s fleet that has both WiFi and the new
turbulence reporting algorithm.
