From a buddy in the crew room visit today...
No hiring until early 14, work in progress on the tablets for cockpit use, widebody future looks good but that still sounds a long way off really..(airbu s 350/787) 88/90 here to stay for a long time. Delta on track to make a modest profit in the first quarter for the first time since 1999 or something lik e that.. There was a couple of senior female fo's questioning the crew resource guy about short call uneven assigning:-) she even showed him an example on her cu rrent schedule...he looked puzzled and didn't have an answer but took notes, so maybe it will ruffle some feathers! |

I just scored my next long term project...a 1941 chevy coupe. I've got a GTO independant rear suspension and a camaro front subframe needing a home. It seems like a good home for them. |
