Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Can someone post a route map of HA. It's pretty interesting. Lots of Japan to include one HND route. I think 3 destinations in Australia and Auckland. Airlineroute.net also has us pulling back more of our summer Europe flying out of ATL.

That's why us buying/merging with HA makes complete sense. Plus, they fly +717ssss inter island. How fun would that be for an HNL base? Throw in GUA for the 73s. Ahh, its all coming together.

From a buddy in the crew room visit today...

No hiring until early 14, work in progress on the tablets for cockpit use, widebody future looks good but that still sounds a long way off really..(airbu s 350/787) 88/90 here to stay for a long time. Delta on track to make a modest profit in the first quarter for the first time since 1999 or something lik e that.. There was a couple of senior female fo's questioning the crew resource guy about short call uneven assigning:-) she even showed him an example on her cu rrent schedule...he looked puzzled and didn't have an answer but took notes, so maybe it will ruffle some feathers!

Wow. Fed Ex won't pay for KCM. Neither will UPS. Then again, do those guys use it much? Not likely.

I just scored my next long term project...a 1941 chevy coupe. I've got a GTO independant rear suspension and a camaro front subframe needing a home. It seems like a good home for them.
