Yeah, there's a real "popular" guy in DTW, from CVG, who has made a great name for himself with the FO's and better, the FA's. Whatever, life is too short.

There was one out of CVG, a LCA, on a lot of no fly lists. I'm sure that list helps them know who is special. I was listening to two Captains talk about him and that he had left for MSP or a NWA base.

And people do get sick, happens when they work a lot in winter months.

There's only so far the company can go with the TLV. Maybe people shouldn't pick up trips from open time then sick out for them 48 hours later. That's happened to me twice in the last 6 weeks.

Why on gods earth do they allow weekend coverage to go so low? They have 50+ sittin reserve M-Th and come F-Su they have 9. The money that the company pi$$es away on GS. If anything they should have more coverage on weekends as that is when people tend to call in sick more often. I can hold weekends off on reserve so I shouldn't complain but I like weekdays off too now and then and would love to see more balanced staffing. WT-Eff?? Over

Not our problem to solve. GS awards going out is good. That's nothing to complain about.

Why do people get excited about possible new "replacement" aircraft?

I wonder how often a FO drops a trip and another picks it up only to have that Captain look on the schedule and say hell no I ain't flying with that guy and trade the trip. The only Captain willing to fly with said FO is one that even that FO can't stand so he drops the trip and Sailor Jerry gets the trip.

See the trouble two people can make? :D. The reality is Captains should be able to put FOs on no fly lists til the only people that can be paired with pilots on either lists are people already on the lists. :D
