Most senior is in the 5,380 range, then they begin to sprinkle in at around 8,000. 75% are senior to any 2007 Delta hires.

On the Delta Hiring thread I'm told 300 of 400 Compass pilots are guaranteed class spots, and 100 are guaranteed interviews.

I was lead to believe it was for interviews only when I read: "As you know, we have flow-up provisions in place with Compass and Mesaba Airlines, and an agreement with pilots at Endeavour Air-- that’s Pinnacle’s new name -- which guarantees an interview"

So skip the Delta interview? Nice.

Read what the other people have said about that. Compass flows ( not sure about Mesaba) were interviewed BY NWA and Delta HR/Line pilots. It was the same interview - the psych eval. No skipping. After the merger CP got the exact same test and interview format that Delta uses. It sucks that so many spots are taken already. I understand it hurts your MIL buddies ( and myself/many others) but it is what it is. Please keep in mind too it's not their fault, Management came up with the agreements. I have heard alot of stories of guys acting bitter towards flows because " they took their MIL buddies spot". Don't be that guy.

Empty. And my understanding is in AirTran and not Delta paint. That'd be funny. "Delta 9230 in AirTran colors" or however that works.

Did anyone save that crew planning news memo? I want to see what it had said.

I don't think that they can skip the interview.

Do realize they are our alter ego and they fly Delta passengers every day. Hiring them is ministerial.

Since we allow multiple standards in our contracts it is common sense that management is eager to advantage themselves to the less costly standard. In the past Delta pilots have insisted on industry leading pay based on the belief that Delta's selection process made us worth it. IMHO the Pinnacle bridge agreement was designed to demonstrate pilots who value their own skills much less than their peers are Delta pilot material.

Nearly every regional airline management is using the Pinnacle Bridge Agreement to justify concessions to remain competitive.

This was based on 100 new hires a month in 2014...

Apparently this report is damaging Asiana's reputation, not the fact that one of their B777's crashed landed.

I don't know if that outrage will stick.

In related news, Cory Monteith was found dead.

Systems cd for class

Hi guys/gals. Can someone tell me how much that thumb drive you go through before class is worth in terms of hours? I've looked in a bunch of places but can't find an answer. I'm doing the 717 systems thumb drive.

Thanks in advance. :-)
