Really? So if we get 10 more widebodies it would only mean another 200 pilots? Ugh.

Those 200 bodies would create a pile of movement... and that's 200 more bodies than we had before. Why the "ugh??"

That's 200 more wide body jobs, at (or near) the TOP, so everyone on down the list takes a step UP. That's always a good thing, right?

Rumor Alert!

Talked to a friend today who is in the 717 program. He was told that the hiring number was going to be well north of 300 bodies for 2014. Of course no official word but it sounded like it was closer to a 1000 than 300.:)

I think, and others have said it also, that it will end up being more than 300.
