I won't say I know either woman. But, I do know one of them enough to speak to her in passing and had a conversation with her a while back. I can tell you that from the little I know about her, there is a lot in your post that is untrue. I've seen her flying the line numerous times since we first talked. I've seen her in the school house when she was transitioning to another airplane. I even talked to her captain while she was there and he said she was doing a great job. Just a bit of advice. If I were you, I would delete that post. Even though you haven't mentioned names, the people are easily identifiable, and you are disparaging their professional reputation. They could easily come after you for liable and possibly the training guy for slander. I doubt that they would, and I'm not sure that they would win anything significant, but why open yourself to that possibility? |

But they can come after any of us for any reason any time they want. And we gave them that ability through blind trust and that was a mistake. Pilots will fly sick because of this policy. When pilots worry more about getting an "ops check good, could not duplicate" from a company doctor, they will fly sick. Guaranteed.
In my opinion the new policy "punishes the innocent to protect the guilty". |
