Does daring people to bet make you feel like a badass?

How much do retainers cost now a days? The company doesn't have to win in order to win. How deep will DPA's pockets be on day 1? We'd burn through more cash in a week then what's been "donated" so far. The only people who make out in bankruptcy/ mergers/acquisitions/representational changes are LAWYERS. Is Seeham a good enough friend that you'd be willing to be assessed?

That's true when dealing with surrender monkeys like ALPA lawyers. In the real world, you countersue for many millions and move for dismissal of their claim via summary judgment. ALPA just quakes in the corner and writes memos saying we couldn't have won anyway.

Millions deep with millions more available if needed. Plus we wouldn't have the possibility of billions in liability as is the case with ALPA.

You haven't a clue of what you're talking about. Sad though that the best you Secret Police have is the same tired old tactics of scaring the members of your dictatorship. Pathetic really

Delta pilots will be making out quite well with this representational change. United pilots will be right behind us. I know it's scary to think about having to fly the line again dude, but you'll be OK. No Secret Police department can last forever.

Never met Mr. Seham. Are you going to be happy when you get assessed when ALPA gets a massive financial penalty for damaging the TWA pilots that they "represented?"

Jan 6th is the date I've been hearing for the past few months.

I guess we'll see if your guy was right here in a few days when the bid packets come out.

So why do you prefer APC? Is it the fact posters are anonymous?

I know that your question was meant for BB, but I also prefer APC for the following reasons:

Anonymous does not really matter to me one way or another although this forum actually appears more civil most of the time. Almost every post on the old forum would turn into a food fight within 5 posts.

More information flowing freely - MODs do a good job of letting threads play out. Perhaps the fact that it is not a union site gives it more flexibility.

Does not have all the restrictions of the DALPA site.

APC has Carl! :)

Note - I am referring to the old DALPA site, I have not even been to the new site and don't know if I ever will.

If you're using labels, I guess we can now refer to you as "whale ninja"?

So the same FEAR tactics you spout as DPA talking points, you also condemn ALPA for. I believe your word was "quaking". Look up hypocrite one of these days......

DALPA has a new forum? Link? Is it anonymous?

People always talk about TC agenda. What are they actually referring to?

The first recall class starts soon, doesn't it? Anybody here know yet what the breakdown will be for jets and bases? Probably Atl and dtw 717 and JFK Md-80's, but I'm curious what the numbers will be.

Also, when is the next AE? I'd imagine that would highlight where the first few classes will be going.
