Can NYC based pilots take paid sick time to care for dependants under the new NYC Earned Sick Time Act that goes into effect April 1, 2014?

ALPA Mobile APP
Just loaded the ALPA mobile APP because it says they have Jump-Seat information and KCM sites. Looking at it all I see are links to articles and press releases - am I missing something?

I think so. And I also think any special state deal one base gets over another should be contractually "me too'd" to everyone. Its the same sick time we all get and we should all get to use it the exact same way with no special political carve outs.
