Just figured it out. On map 2, I see the location Cumming. You must be returning from your girlfriends place.
I actually don't know what the stars are but if you want to know a secret, I realized the second map identified my home so I erased that. :D Not that it matters, people already know who I am. |
Just drove home after spending the night in the terminal after crazy commute to ATL last night.
2 1/2 hours from airport to PTC via back roads (virginia ave to state hwy 85).Avoid interstates and 285 they are parking lots with trucks blocking everything. Even Camp Creek was a tough. Had little front wheel drive crx but lots of pick-ups in the ditch along the way. |

Anybody driven from the Peachtree City/Newnan area to the airport in the past couple of hours? How were the roads? Which way did you go? How long did it take compared to normal?

I was curious to see if our DXB and JNB flights got out last night. They both departed, with only about 130 pax, but both pushed very late, and then they both taxied for about 1.5-2hrs before getting airborne. There couldn't have been that much traffic going out at 10-11pm, was there a lineup for the deice pad?
The DXB didn't get off the ground until 02:30! Yikes! |
Wow...living in Minneapolis doesn't seem so bad today after reading about the mess in Atlanta in the past 24 hours. Glad I'm not flying this week. Stay safe out there.
BTW, I have a 4WD Ford F-150 and it does great in the snow. I've used it several times to pull people out who were stuck. |
