Don't forget the record setting blowout against the Niners in (I think it was) '90. Montana vs Elway. 55-10.

Pro and Alan, thank you. (Last minute bid considerations)

That first blown snap for a safety put the sliver of doubt in the offense's head and awakened the "ghosts of blowouts past". The Denver defense actually held for the first quarter, and if Manning could have produced a drive it could have been 5-7 at the end of the first.

Just sux for the Broncos..a blowout like that refutes the record setting season they had. I guess Manning did set a Super Bowl record for the most completions..unfortunately 3 of them were to the Seahawks.

As a lifelong Bronco fan having grown up in Colorado with the Orange Crush, it would have been better to lose to the Pats and regroup for next year. Now, all I can hope for is plenty of TV coverage of the Seahawks returning to Seattle on a Delta 76..

Rant over..I need to go find a happy place.

Yup. You couldn't pay me enough to do their jobs.

Stock.

FYI only.

Stock off little over 9% from its high 2 weeks ago.

Close to 50 week line. Will it bounce off it=good. Drop through it=bad.

Dow down 185 so far on the day.

Back to Sports Center. Still giddy over the Hawks win.

Some do, no doubt.

But let's be honest. There is plenty of abuse in flight pay loss program.

Don't kid yourself. There are plenty of cushy gigs for guys who don't like to fly at DALPA.

I disagree. I don't think the past blowouts were on anybody's mind in this game. This more reminded me of the Super Bowl where the Patriots were going for the perfect season.. and all the hype that went along with that... and little brother took them to the woodshed. And there is no way I would rather lose to the Brady Bunch. Ever.

I have to ask a quick question: why do some on the tail-end of our seniority list have a category of "newb" and others have an actual category? "ATL320B" for instance?

It was also interesting to note one name in particular... a former FAA POI that cause so much discomfort prior to the merger... now he is one of us...
