I see -9 fewer 777As from this time in 2012 to now.

It was -27 in ATL, +18 in DTW from 2012 to 2014.

Looking for April 2008 data.

Well I tried to post the numbers but can't make it format. Essentially however we had 231 CA displacements since contract 2012 was signed. We have had 761 CA awards in that time frame for a net of 530 new awards. I don't know the exact retirement numbers however about 160 Working CA's went out on the ER program and I am guessing at about 100 additional retirements. That still leaves a gain of 270 Captains while overall block hours are almost flat. Pretty remarkable in light of the massive job loss from the contract.

And the 50 widebody RFP was a separate rumor, but part of what I posted.

Also, I was told this info, I didn't make it up out of thin air. I did not sign a non disclosure agreement either. I have absolutely no way of knowing if it will play out (the 787 rumor).

OTOH, I made up the widebody RFP and now SD is parroting me, so go figure.
