He, you & 5000+ others who ONCE supported the DPA, are the one's who need to FOCUS on unity, behind one CBA, as ONE pilot group. Do I need to remind you how ineffective the DPA was? Read again what I wrote. PD hasn't supported the DPA since Dec., (Maybe it was Jan. when his card expired?) BUT his ATTITUDE, through his posts, continues to support anything anti-ALPA.

You do realize that reading your post, you only want yes men.

Additionally, none of us can know what PD's "attitude" is, we can only judge his behavior. Typically attitude does dictate behavior.

As far as I'm concerned, DPA is a booger that won't flick.

Not at all, Scambo. In my current Guard unit, "yes men" are the attitudes I most dislike. What I want is PRODUCTIVITY!! PD's posts don't garner such product of productivity. Believe it or not, he (PD) and I agree on many topics. It is his continual "message" that I dislike, as was the same with DPA's message.

That's all. Just a product.

Just a quick shoutout for my fellow music lovers. I watched a movie called searching for Sugarman tonight...fantastic true story. If you like music and a really good true story, it'll get under your skin.

It's amazing to me the subject of the movie was not bigger than Bob Dylan or Neil Young.

Is that the one where the guy flopped in the states but was a massive sensation in South Africa? If so, I've heard really good things about it!

Scambo took the words out of my mouth in his post. Additionally, it appears that you're seeing what you want to see.

Then we'll have to agree to disagree, or it's the pot calling the kettle black, whichever cliché you prefer.

Like I told Scambo, respectfully. I'm not looking for "yes men/women." I would like very much to see a grande product, from the productivity of one, unified, 12000 member pilot group.

Instead, we have the same old one-line attack ads, drive-by posting against D-ALPA on an anonymous web forum expecting change. Awesome.

Unity will come when we know the mission and approve of it.

Now, I like to argue for scope, if DALPA said TA2015 = NO MORE OUTSOURCING, I'm game... but I know nowhere near 12,000 pilots would be game for it.

And if TA2015 = C2000 PAY! with some strings attached... you wouldn't have 12,000 in agreement.

Now if aliens attack the United States and its up to Delta pilots to fight them off by flying the line by flying Douglas products, I still don't think we can get 12,000 pilots unified.

There is a way to get higher than 60ish percent, but as slowplay said, not without stating the goal first.

For the record: I'll fly the Mad dog to save the U.S. from aliens.

what if the aliens are hot women?

see I imagine a race of alien women that misunderstood hydraulic fluid to be more important than electricity and cellphone signals. So they come and suck all the hydraulic fluid away, but, we have the maddog and fight back.
