Cost neutral means that the revenue boost, not the operating cost, is equal to the cost increase. That would be an accurate statement looking at the yoy revenue increase. The contract costs the company more operationally, obviously.

I meant UAL is making promises to win over regional pilots, not that they would amount to anything. This new UAL job fair thingy is just a way to organize the regional pilots in a vote for our girl campaign.

Pay guru guys here's a question for you. If we are on reserve and get called in for a green slip and the first day is a two-hour deadhead do we get two hours or the min four and a half hour duty day adg...on a green slip

You wohld get two hours for that day. There is no 4.5 min duty period. You may be thinking about the 4.5 daily average.

I believe you get the 4:30 however it is a average. What do the other days pay?

Sched said no. Could have sworn adg applied to res even on green. Just wanted 4.5 average. Sched said dh on day one pays 2 and the next day pays the block of 4. No adg???? So the sched says
