Get those greenslips in...........

I didn't get caught in the last one, so I'm probably dead meat for this one. What to pack, what to pack? Do I get caught in AMS or MSP?

Hey Denny, Scambo, T,........I see a beer front developing. Where are ya next week?

Heading to PVG today. Be back on the 26th. I'm on reserve the first 12 days of September but have 85 hours that don't start dropping off until the 3rd.

If that thing goes off tomorrow, I'm gonna be kicking myself 'cause I had a choice of going east or west and and I chose west for more block time......And yes, the beer is on me!

Put a 752 on a short route and it burns closer to 8400 lbs an hour. Put a 717 on it and it burns 5700 per hour. Divide it out by the seats and the 752 wins by a 10% margin. 10%? Put a 757 on a typical 717 market and you've just dumped 70 seats into that flight, poof goes that margin to save on one metric of block fuel asm.

All the 757 are planned to go to 199 except the lie flat birds.

How?

Are they going to remove all the F/C seats, like with Song?

I don't see how they can keep any F/C seats and still cram 18 more in coach...unless....they remove several rows of F/C (3 rows?) and add 3 rows (x 6=18) in coach? You only gain 2 seats per row, as you eliminate a row of 4 F/C seats, you can replace that with a row of 6 coach seats. Net gain is only 2 seats.

I recall flying the Song birds with 199 were quite tightly packed, all the way to the front with no room for ANY F/C seats...so...how would they keep F/C and still have 199 seats in a 757-200?
