Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't check other peoples slip request...only your own.

In DBMS, if you go to "Slip Request" and type in another employee number instead of yours, you can look at all of their slip requests (yellow, white, green, etc.). Obviously, you can't change someone else's request (wouldn't that be nice! ;)), but you can look it.

If you have the time and want to read it the DL/US slot trade agreement document is listed on Airliners.net under DL/US slot trade agreement

You can, but you have to type in each individual employee number and follow the links to look at their requests. It is very time consuming and really makes it not worth doing. It would be very nice to have a slip request list to see how many people have a GS or WS in for a particular day.

However, the list might reduce the number of GS trips because if I'm towards the bottom of the GS list, then I might WS a trip if I need the money thus saving the company from giving out a GS. Since I don't know where I'm at on the list, right now I leave the GS in and hope I'm at the top. I usually don't get the trip and a guy senior to me gets the GS. Publishing the list on a daily basis would probably reduce the number of GS trips and raise the number of WS trips.

I think we should go to a system that pays us 2X pay for GS and IA trips, and 1.5X pay for WS trips if the day we pick up the trip is below the min reserve levels.

Now there are times where you want and have to use the avoids, prefer offs etc but easybid allows you to keep there use to a minimum if you are so inclined. And I am in no way associated with Flightline other than using their product. I've used easybid in one version or another for many years now and have always been pleased with their product.

Denny

Denny, I agree with you completely. I was getting crappy schedules with just using Prefer Offs and Avoids. With Easybid, I have an entire list of Award statements and I end up getting almost exactly what I want. I am also junior in the list of line holders.

Can you explain which features Navtech has that Easybid doesn't?

I have both and I still can't figure out how to use Navtech.

For those that know, whats the benefits of the Gold Heathcare plan over the PPO Plan A? I've got young kids that get the standard sickness stuff and allergys so i'm trying to decide which would work best. Any advice or suggestions? thanks in advance

Super, if I were you I would seriously look at the HSA option. If you kids get the normal stuff and are not on long term medication, it's a great deal. You contribute to your savings account and shop around for the lowest cost medical care. What you don't spend you get to keep tax free. If something bad happens, once you spend your deductible it's covered 100%.

Behold the power of compound interest.

The ability to look and search for only domestic or international trips (huge help for the Nov bid package out of JFK), the ability to search for a trip and then add that trip directly to your bid with out switching screens. Might be the only two features that are different but its something.

IMHO i think it is very similar to EasyBid when it works. And you don't have to pay the nominal monthly fee.

KC10 you are talking about the Desktop Application from Navtech? Not just the website.

Uh... no... it's definitely Tennessee. :D Although it appears that a certain (Lemarcus?) Cobbs got confused ala Chris Simms and went toward Austin instead of Knoxville :( LIttle punk. I hope he rushes for 5 yds/game down there :D

And, uh, yeah. I am not so sure about the black jerseys. I was at the game, and they came out in all orange (A certain loss would have ensued) but after warmups came out in black. I'm not so sure I like them that much really. Good Halloween uniform though. But at least it was raining. I think the Old Ball Coach threw his visor once or twice too...
