If he doesn't fall asleep 1st. Thats my point. The trucker cant take a cat nap like a lot of pilots do. Get it?

But he can. It's called pulling off the road short of his destination. Get it?

Besides, you're just feeding into USA Today's and some fellow employees.... we're just truck drivers. Stay on that. It'll go well.

Dear God, okay. We're so screwed with C2015.

Just make sure you reflect that in your survey.

Well now you are just jumping to conclusions. Paranoid much? I'm just saying that a truck driver has equal responsibility and rest to him is equally important. If you disagree and need to make yourself feel better about yourself than go right ahead. Explain why your rest is more important than a truck driver who can kill a bus load of kids for crossing the centerline while hand driving hours and hours.

Dude, are you really saying a truck driver has the same responsibility as an airline pilot with a jet with a couple hundred plus souls? Paranoid? Not in the least. I'm pretty happy with who I am.

Sounds like you are either a former truck driver or in a relationship with one.

In any event, what astounds me is that we are talking about CDOs and our impending contract and there are guys like you out there. Truly amazing. Ask the 717, 88, 320 and 737 guys how much sleep they get. I can tell you....not much.

You are totally missing the point. I don't need need to ask the 717,88,320 and 737 guys how much sleep they get. I know we all get at least 10 hours behind the door.

Okay 1067, I'm going to try this one more time. You're missing the point.

We.Are.Not.Truck.Drivers.

We may be heavy equipment operators on a whole different level. Different discussion. Our rest and their rest are not comparable. Nobody says they can't get 8 hours of sleep.

Maybe you ER guys have it too easy.;)
