Then there are only three options:

1) SOC will be available prior to the AE,
2) The MOAB strategy will be to have another AE for each pre-merger side,
3) Something will be negotiated, and something given away, to permit the MOAB to be a system-wide event.

I'm guessing 1 or 2, with 2 more likely: they'll be trying to move a few people around pre-SOC, and trying to keep post-SOC movement to a minimum.

Option 3 would get us closer to a revolution.

I'll call Planning myself. Don't worry about it.

I did not mean to imply anger or anything of the sort.

I would call crew planning though.

We're fine. It sounded as though you felt obligated to defend something I wasn't attacking. No worries.

Not worried just wanted to set it straight.

FWIW, it appears that some of this is finally floating to the top if you will. We will see what the total developments are. I am sure that there are a few items that need to be determined to determine the final size of the bid, but it is purported to be a lot bigger than they had planned. I have been told MOAB from many many people that would know what they are talking about.

I would assume that the bid would either be posted after SOC or would close after SOC.

Read the whole sentence - its the awards or assignments that have to be posted prior to SOC for that clause to be in effect. We could have an cross fleet AE PRIOR to SOC as long as the awards or assignments are posted after SOC.

That's the way I interpret it as well. Seems they can post it a system wide open to all bid pre SOC. The awards would have to be POST SOC.

Makes sense. I also mis-read it the first time around. The timing didn't make sense without the clarification.
