If this is the case I would think LAX would get it because it is already providing the Gates for the Compass flights that do this now. The dispatch from the Kremlin (Crew resources update) also mentioned SLC. This would seem to be a long-shot but for some reason the company seems hesitant to open domiciles in LAX. For example LAX will have three 777 departures this summer with no domicile - DTW has a 777 domicile with zero departures. :confused: There is talk of a LAX 777 micro-base, what is a micro-base? Scoop Okay. For the last time let's review this 717 west coast thing. We can't fly that far. Even if we stopped for gas we can't go any further than Dallas and Desi Moins. We don't have the charts for it. Our charts just end there and they draw pictures of sea dragons and whales with spears coming out of their heads. They're called Narwhals, they're basically under water unicorns that kill. |
Reroute question. Got extended into a 5 day but day 5 only consists of a DH. If I deviate on Day 4 and go home will I still get the full reroute pay for 5 days (just minus the per diem)? It increased my pay by 7 hours for the whole trip and I don't want to lose out on any of that pay by skipping out on a easy DH.

Thanks. Section 8.B.2 2. A pilot who utilizes an off-rotation deadhead will receive pay and credit at the applicable rate for the scheduled time of the scheduled deadhead segment(s) |
I'm going to make a guess that half of the FAs we've turned down would be better than my current A line.

Another quick pay question I was rerouted into a day too. My time card shows 90 hours of credit but on the bottom of the sheet it shows 14:17 minutes of reroute pay will that be added to my 90 hours of credit?
