Normally you are eligible for a existing seat if the freeze ends prior to the close of the bid.

A new seat and new base are not subject to the freeze if I recall correctly.

New seat is one that is not on the combined list today. Same with a base. As a DAL N guy the 7Er in ATL is not a new seat nor a new base according to what I have been told.

Now the 330 in ATL is new.

It was a great week, temps are starting to come down...finally got the lights up on the house. Nothing better than a "christmas vacation," act...on a high ladder, freezing and electricity. Where in ghe midwest?

According to Bastain's talk last week, that's the plan. Seems that the 744s are here to stay for awhile since the 787s are delayed.
