The omission of comments on the HIRING that Dickson alluded to continues.
That was my point.
If DALPA had data to refute Dickson's claims, as you suggest, they kept it to themselves.

I guess I don't get your point on hiring. It was put out by the company many times why they did not hire in the winter of 13. The biggest was a company freeze on hiring because senior management made a decision that showing a first quarter profit was more important long term financially then short term staffing. They never planned on hiring more then 150 pilots that winter anyway and much of it was made up by mil and furlough guys returning. We have easily exceeded the number of pilots predicted to be hired as a result of contract 2012.
Dixon also never promised hiring right after the contract. His actual statement said that we might begin the hiring process in late 2012. It takes several months to get the hiring process set up.
Still don't get what this has to do with aircraft deliveries. The aircraft showed up when and as promised.

Anyone have gouge, or a one-stop-shop to find out what all the codes mean in iCrew? Thanks.

Most screens have a help menu. Usually F5 key. It will display the codes.

I use Parking Spot. Join the Spot Club, for Delta Employees it's $5/day uncovered.

Employee non-rev parking is in the GOE lot by the Delta Heritage Museum. Shuttles run 24/7.

If you are non-rev you are NOT allowed to park in the on duty lot OR the landslide lot either. You cannot ride any employee bus if you are a non-rev, period. Does anybody enforce this? Not really. But it is against TSA and company policy. Just ask your chief pilot if you don't believe me.

Don't be "that guy". Use the GOE or spend the $5.

Funny. I remember saying that exact same thing 8 years ago. Still haven't gotten there yet. Nothing in the savings. But I'm having one hell of a time. :-)

By the way, I thought the Landside lot was supposed to be converted to expand the on duty lot back in June. Everyones has been complaining that we can't find a spot to park to go fly our rotations. What happened to that?

With 25 more to go by the end of the year. Minus 5 airframes to be parked.
