No kidding. Even with a week of vacation I still have to fly 3 trips to fill up.

This is why CQ should = 5:15 per day and vacation must be higher. Pay and credit must be equal. Not pay no credit.

Any recommendations for commuter hotel in ATL. September is my first month being based in ATL and need suggestions.....

Thanks

If you can tolerate being down on Old National, the Quality Inn will usually give a crew rate of $36 +tax, always been able to get a room, unless there is a weather event. The shuttle van is reliable and they have free breakfast. Usually pretty quiet there.

We should have the ability to get pay and credit, or just credit for vacation.

I second the above but I wouldn't recommend venturing out after dark if you don't need to. Also they have a, stay 9/10 nights get one free rewards program. They've been good to me and a ton of DL & EV crews stay there.

Really bad idea! Then pilots will "sellback" their vacation and lower manning and hiring requirements. Guys are already doing this on the planes with long trips. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy!

I think it's 5 months in row the ALV has been 84 for the 765 boys!

Excuse the ignorance....what's the big deal with the higher ALV? I thought DL pilots can drop trips if reserve coverage is adequate. Is Rsv coverage never adequate? Or does the trip touch a weekend, putting one of the day's below?

Isn't "uplift" something to do with collecting suckah's on the Delta Amex Card?
