How about that?

On a nice day, the approaches into LGA are more fun than EWR. And the salad/hot bar at the top of D is one of the best (once our discount applied).

badflaps...if the dates, airlines, and metal didn't match, I'd swear you were my grandfather! Would love to hear some stories about how much fun it was before Wall St started running airlines.
(That being said, this job still beats working for a living, and as longas I am heathy and can drive to the airport, I'm going to continue to do it...even if Malone doesn't get us a contract as soon as the MD-11 says he has to!)

The Pad Thai from the food court in C is pretty good.

MSP to have luxury lounge for those flying any airline

The “Escape Lounge,” will charge admission, where passengers can enjoy complimentary food and beverages, Wi-Fi and reading materials

“This is a new concept in North America,” said Phoebe Larson, the MAC’s marketing strategist. “It will accommodate both business passengers and families, with areas specifically to accommodate children where they can cut loose and enjoy books and games.”

admission runs about $30 for adults and $23 for children ages 6 to 11. Children under 6 are not admitted.

Isn't charging for admission tantamount to NOT being complimentary?????

And having those delightful kids playing on the floor around your feet will just be wonderfully relaxing I'm sure!

King Kamehameha had the same complaint. Then it got even worse. ;)

What the other two said, I enjoy the Expressway to 31 and the view landing south at night is great. Plus the food is good. That being said if it's the penalty lap and the WX sucks LGA is the worst.

I almost forgot $1 coffee can't forget that.

It will all be for naught once I work out the last tweeks of my human transporter machine....

Just never forget that a much larger percentage of those retirements than many seem to believe can be washed away quickly with every contractual efficiency and work rule concession we give up. Losing guys off the top is great as long as the same number of guys are needed to replace them.

And don't forget about the lost 747 jobs, they are parking those airplanes faster than guys are retiring, leading to a net surplus of senior pilots being displaced to lower paying A330 jobs.

Meanwhile...the MD-11 were content to switch our JV Scope measure from Seat Miles to Block Hours, which would make one of our 757's flying to Europe equal to a KLM/Air France A380 flying to ATL!

Don't forget to get the medium though, they charge full price for smalls and larges, as a captain I was flying with found out. LOL.
