I've heard May at the earliest. Every 2-4 months is a fair estimate as to their frequency.

Maybe my last post was a little vague. I meant the last AE that just came out. When will the training conversion sheet come out for it?

My bad...read it too fast. Anyway, the company has until the conversion date posted in the original AE posting to convert everyone. If no training is involved it could be next bid period. If there is training it could take up until the conversion deadline and that order of training is based on seniority and if someone got a training bypass to be the last person converted. iCrew pop-ups will get the dates all straightened out. Also reference the conversion document posted around the 23-26th of each month on DeltaNet.

You are getting paid for it.
Reference PWA 23.Q.13

They can correct errors up to 2 hours prior to report.
If its inside 2 hours, you are paid protected if they made a mistake

I did get it resolved with this reference. I was paid at regular pay..

Thanks for the info

Yeah it kinda blows that it takes this long to figure out training conversions for last AE. Doesn't give you much time to prepare if they spring an early April training date on ya in the last minute. I thought we have nex gen computer systems and it did this for them, or are thy still long hand.

I believe they still do it by hand, that was my understanding from talking with planning a few months ago.

Seriously? There were over 800 positions awarded on a 25 page AE award. It's a few guys in an office that have to move the chess pieces. If you don't want a training event in the last minute, you shouldn't have bid for something, or checked training after everyone else.
