Seriously marcal, take a chill pill! I'm as far as You can go at DELTER. Just curious for others. Just like voting no to help others careers not mine. Don't get me started or I'll vote yes for me ha ha..

Does anybody know how many credits it takes on reserve to get a "full schedule" where you are essentially done working for the month?

You're done when your credit reaches your RES guarantee for the month (which is ALV-2, but not less than 72 or more than 80). If you're a minute shy of the guarantee, they can fly you to the ALV+15.

But they won't do that. They told me so at a road show a few years ago. Nothing to see here, move along. We didn't give anything up, it's only for the wide body reserves.

Haha I remember that sales pitch.

We have to keep this in mind when ALPA says something along the lines of "the company doesn't intend...." They used the same tactic with the sick leave on TA15.

The company didn't put the language into the contract because they didn't intend to use it.

I just double checked the most recent AE results and noticed the header stated all conversions would be complete by 31 August. Pretty big AE to get all that done so soon, has anybody ever seen DAL not complete conversions in time, and if so are there any contractual repercussions?

Attempting to increase the TLV by 1 hr in the last TA comes to mind as well. Mutual agreement my $&@.

If you hit your conversion and not in training yet, you get the time off. You are paid at ALV for your new equipment until you get to training. (At least it was that way 4 years ago)

I hope you also acknowledge that pre C2012 they could also fly you to the ALV outside of any vacation you might have had. Now your vacation reduces your ALV to your own personal lower ALV. That's no comfort in a non vacation month but was a gain... even if offset elsewhere.
