It is interesting how American delayed theirs. I believe they had 22 on order. Would bring our total to 47 of them

Looking at their order book, it does sort of make sense (if you think our fleet plan is all over the place, check out theirs...). I'd be very ok with that trade... Our first 350 sim is going through final certification right now.

Numbers and delivery dates each way??? Inquiring minds and all...

787s delivered starting this year, A350s delivered starting in 2022. Seems fair.

Our 787 delivery slots were deferred to 2020.

I made that up, but I'll bet it isn't far off.

A little break from the union politics awfulness:

Latest rumor mill going around the AA guys is they are going to get our 787 orders and we'lll get their 350 orders.

Why? There are plenty of 787 delivery positions available from 2019. Our positions after 2020 have no real value unless we could transfer them to AA and we have a advantageous price that could be retained. Same goes for the 350 in that time frame.

They deferred their 350 deliveries until 2018

PCS question: I tried swapping a 2-day trip (Aug 25th) for a different 2-day trip that starts a day earlier (Aug 24th). Reserve coverage will allow.

Any idea why PCS gives me a denial reason of "Not allowed until next month's scheds are released"?

The trips don't touch spill trips.

All such transactions are put on hold while PBS is running, just in case the change causes an illegality with next months schedule. It'll probably go through on the first PCS run after sept schedules are loaded into ICrew.

Sept Bs are out via ICrew Mobile.
