We have no defense though. How do you give up 700 yards and win by 3 touchdowns?

Does the 737 do any international that you DO want to fly (Canada, maybe?). There's a "International Type" bid item (Domestic, International, Trans-Oceanic)--you could bid AVOID PAIRINGS IF PAIRING TYPE INTERNATIONAL, if that's not too broad a brush for you....

My yellow vaccination card is starting to disintegrate - I was thinking of laminating it but then you can not update it. Thought on this most dynamic and interesting of topics?

Scoop

I bet maddog slots go more senior in the next few classes if this is true.

Would that mean the 4 month captain could get displaced back to the right seat and/or just not go to training

Well, those "Dogs" may not hunt in NYC - but they will end up somewhere.

Scoop :)

That doesn't jive with a recent flight ops / crew resources update. Said update stated they are planning to move MD88 ops to JFK/EWR and move 717/320/737 ops from JFK/EWR to LGA to backfill. Seems like a much cheaper way to resolve the issue rather than close a category and start a cascade of displacements. This is supposedly temporary until the 88/90 fleet is equipped with GPS.

I'm sure the situation is dynamic, but I'd place bets on information from the horse's mouth rather than schoolhouse rumors.

switching airplanes..do you end up getting X days back that fall under your shadow window as PB days or do they move them to on call days outside the training window? Or do they simply just disappear after OE? Couldn't find the answer.

I believe that will be proven to be incorrect.

The maddogs will not be able to fly to LGA, but they will move much LGA maddog flying to JFK.

Also, as soon as the LGA perimiter rule goes away, the majority of the JFK trans-cons will move to LGA on the lie-flat 757s.

Just a big shuffle.
