How the heck do you tell the system which days you want a hotel for CQ? I've scoured iCrew and DeltaNet and darned if I can find it.

Your hotel room should be automatically booked for you. (e.g. One night prior to CQ for travel, then one night during the two-day CQ training.) Hotel information will be in the lower section of your monthly schedule in iCrew.

The last couple of times I had CQ I thought there was a place to tell them which two days you wanted the hotel.

This time I'd like to have a hotel the night prior to day 1 and to check out on the morning of day 2, two nights.

Last time I had late-period sims on both days, so I flew in the morning of day 1 and stayed in the hotel the evening of the second sim and flew home the next morning.

Maybe it'll be a pop-up window later...

I'd recommend calling the Pilot Support Center tomorrow and asking them to transfer you to Training/Training Mgr. (877) 325-2359

On the bid package cover sheet it explains how the hotels work. If you want changes from the normal night prior and next night you need to call the flight training assistants via 800 325 2739.

Usually when you first look at your schedule with CQ on it, there will be a popup icrew window asking for which 2 of the three nights around training you will want a hotel room for. You can change it later though if you select the wrong ones, but you have to make a call.

Is there an easy way to request to avoid all "C" trips in PBS when bidding? I.e. C304 etc trips that go to Latin America. 737 guy...

I am currently on long term mil leave. I have given DAL notice that I will return on 28 Nov. I am scheduled for a short requal on 3-4 Dec. If I complete my overdue CQ's prior to 28 Nov do I still get credit/pay for them? Thanks in advance.

I don't know the answer.
However, you could just do the CDs and don't put the completion codes into the system until you're back on the payroll.
