No, they are based on hire date.

There is no APD change to this TA/future contract. People have referred to the Individual Vacation Day (IVD) provision as being APD-like, but it is not an addition to the Auth. Personal Drop.

I've got a trip with an LCA later in the week. Will there be any indication on my schedule that OE is planned for the trip or do I need to spy on his schedule to see if anything is tentatively planned?

There will be a note on the lower portion of your rotation. Open your monthly schedule, click on the specific rotation, if it's slated for training it'll indicate that in the note.

About the health insurance,

What are the premiums/deductibles/out of pocket for employee + spouse? Just trying to plan ahead...

Thanks

Same, I've had 10+ trips with LCA. Almost every time they say, "it's so nice to have a normal FO...I've only flown OE trips for the last X months!" I don't even bid to fly with LCA anymore. It's winter and I live in the north...I bid Caribbean layovers, so I actually want to go flying now.

Mike,

Some days you're the bug, some days you're the windshield. Sounds like you've been the bug the last few times......;)

Also IIRC, on the rotation, each segment with OE scheduled will have an "L" in front of the flight number and an "OE" at the end of the same line. Sometimes they don't have OE scheduled on every segment, so be sure you know whether or not you need to show up. I've seen trips with a segment at the front and/or one or more at the end you might need to fly. The scheduler should be very specific if they release you.
