The rejection is all that matters TA1 was so bad, it set a new, never before event. Delta pilots rejected a TA.

Let that sink in.

BTW the eloquent one on the You tube vid was brought in from national where he was the national strike preparation chairman. He didn't look prepared to me, in fact he looked scared. Very scared his legacy was crumbling before his eyes as he watches the group learn the real deal he cut. And the non-release of the grievance settlement prior was all part of it. Several times the communication was that an agreement was reached on the scope violation but they would not release the details until after the vote. He sold us all out.

FCO is like other Delta stations. You should be able to see the standby list, they upgrade like normal. My Dad just came out of FCO last week and it went normally. The only reason AMS and CDG are different is that they use KLM / Air France computer system to clear people instead of DeltaMatic. as I understand it, the systems sync, but not in realtime.

Like I said, Bar quotes a fact that was an underwhelming endorsement by a council, MSP,( a quote that is indisputable) and you want to paint it as a total , unequivocal sales job. You and others state opinions that may be totally right , may be partially right , or may be totally propaganda. (as a point of ref, I am not at an ALPA votunteer, LEC/MEC member and have only attended 3 ALPA meetings in my 32 year DALPA career)

If you can give me a rational explanation of the Malone ouster and the split in ATL post TA2 I might think all this postmortem useful....otherwise, it is what it is....just more pilot b@tching and thumping of chests.

Please, I implore someone with rational logic, to answer those two connundrums

Malone was ousted because he went and made a deal behind the reps back and was set on a timeline for a deal...the chairman is supposed to work for the reps. That's not how he ran it.

Tell the flight attendant what you are doing, and you're fine. The problem comes if you illegally list her as an S2, if you are married, and not allowed to use the parental step up.

He may or may not be fine depending on the flight attendant. Common sense says she would say no problem but the seat swapping is prohibited by Delta. She might decide to say no or write it up. Some chocolates might help!

where is that written? The only thing written i've ever been able to find is "don't ask a paying passenger to swap seats"

Early iPad order notice sent out and showing already out of stock? Though who knows, had to search for the link as it didn't show up on the FO homepage as advertised to begin with. So perhaps they are still working on it.
