New guy here still and was wondering about vacation. When do we bid for next years vacation, and what’s the earliest month we can bid our weeks? My wife and I were hoping to take a trip in February. Thanks!

Next year's vacation starts in April. February 2019 vacation has already been allocated. If you have any vacation in Dec or Jan, you can attempt to move it via iCrew (bids processed to move it on the first of each month).

The first round (primary, aka PVAC) of vacation is processed on 31 January...I think bids are due around the first week of Jan if I remember correctly.

Section 7.C.2 gives the timeline for vacation bidding. Primary closes on Jan 08 of each year.
