I asked a CAL buddy and he said he hadn't heard they were shrinking Guam at all but expansion is expansion and if we can expand lets do it. I'm not opposed to anything as long as it doesn't involve parking anything.

Well you'd better tell him that Delta told them they were shrinking. That's like Chuck Norris telling you that you're doing something. It's happening, girlfriend.

Yeah, I fly for CAL, and keep track of all the smart moves management makes.:cool: Shrinking Guam is not one of them.

I am hearing that as well.( I just hope that the fact that it does not add, makes it false) It will be really bad unless there is some major back fill for the 180 or so A positions on the heavies that will be gone.

Question, if the bid award comes out after the 31st or 1st of January, when will it most likely close?

And by the way, had a very beautiful young FA on a trip a week or so ago. She was dating a CAL pilot based in EWR. He cheated. She got mad. She almost bid GUM on his behalf. A good reason NOT to share your login if DAL opens Guam AND you pull a Tiger Woods.

It can close any time they want it to, The awards just have to be posted after SOC, and they will be.

I think they call it conversion. I got to use it last time I went to training. You have to call scheds to get converted after your OE is complete but before the LCA puts OK on your line. If you're thinking of doing this, either get him to delay a day or so or call on your cell before he can get to a computer.

You'll be able to pick up time, if you want, or just take the credit you've already accrued. Good Luck.
