Carefully inspected to ensure no underboob.

I never understood the draw to ice fishing before. Now I can see what I've been missing!

So, they don't really give out a lot of long calls? I've heard from some people that they do and others that they are hit and miss.

You're on long call all month unless they put you on short call.
The problem is they seem to put a lot of people on short call "just because they can". And they sometimes give you odd hours so you have to come in the night before or can't get out the night you finish. Short call starting at 4 AM or starting at 1 PM and running to 1 AM. etc. Stuff like that.

Just make sure you get the Christmas lights up before Thanksgiving. This southern boy learned that hard lesson my first year up here.:o Come to think about it, I learned a lot of those kinds of lessons that first winter. I'm sure I provided my neighbors a great deal of entertainment that winter.:D

The one thing I saw that was interesting is in the surpluses ATL 767 A is 136 but ATL 767 FO is 81.

Knock out 136 Captains off the ATL 767 A list and you're looking at the plug on 767 A being a June 30, 1988 hire. Do the same for the ATL 767 B you're looking at the plug being a Feb 2000 hire.

I bid reserve this month and we are really fat in category. I have yet to sit shortcall this month and have been at home on longcall for all my reserve days so far this month. That being said, I'm fairly senior (at least for Dec.) on reserve and have had a 4 day and 5 day period on call. I expect to get shortcall a few times in my 9 day on call period starting next week.

Off to look at the AE!

I agree. Doesn't make any sense.

Looks like the big winners are MSP and NYC.

MSP loses 45 DC9A's and 15 320A's but gains 110 M88A's.

NYC loses 40 777A's, but gains 80 765A's.

Big loser (as rumored) ATL:

It's too early for me to do all the math, but it's a lot of subtracting....
