Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

If any changes are made to the bid the company has to delay the closing until 10 days after a change is made. Not likely to happen in this case since they need to get people in school ASAP.

If they need to change the bid to accommodate changing conditions somehow I don't think 10 days is going to make or break it.

Bob Stoops is building a mansion in Norman and has repeatedly said no thanks. Most recently to Notre Dame. Now his brother might be a possibility.

Simply put they need to bodies on the narrow body jets for the summer and as we grow there will be opportunity for pilots that have been bumped to go back to their seats. Not everyone everywhere, but a great many.

ATL is the hardest hit and there will be seats coming in in the next few bids. This will allow those that want to, to return. Nothing cataclysmic to that.
