Just heard from someone that ALPA has filed a lawsuit against DL/NW. Any truth to this?

Since NWA is a subsiderary (spelling?) of DAL, could DAL just absolve NWA and bring the aircraft over to DAL, and then re-hire who it wants from NWA into DAL?

That sounds remarkably like the Pan Am merger. Bring over the aircraft you want and the pilots you want. I don't anyone would do this. The level of frustration and anger towards the company would reach epic proportions and wouldn't be worth it.

I think ACL was telling KC that he (KC) was wishful thinking. I think most Delta guys are mature enough to be against that sort of thing these days.
