Hmm. The "Section 22 D. 3. PWA Requirement, December 2010 Pilot Staffing" now posted shows total positions of 10514, whereas the new November 2010 staffing sheet shows 10066. That looks like a net LOSS to me.
Dont confuse the 2 reports PG. 22 D 3 is the bodies report and the new one will not be out until after the bid results are posted. the 22 d 2 for the 22 d 3 report that is shown is dated 12/2009 and the required staffing for it shows 9383. That is the report that was removed. clear as mud, no |

From 2009 Copy DTW 320 B 254
From 4/2010 DTW 320 B 249 So it went down by 5. I have watched the NYC 7ERB (my cat) for the last three years and the actual bodies are about 30 higher than the required number. So in effect -5 seems like no change, unless of course your the plug:confused: My concern is the CVG 7ER closure. It's only a 3 hour drive to DTW. I think us DTW guys will see a lot of CVG guys flock up here, then the backwards bump outs will begin. That's when I may get the boot. |

Thanks Fish! :)
Did you just do the math on your own? If so, can you tell me if the # of DTW 320B's went up? |
The time/date stamp on the bottom of the staffing report shows over a week ago. There may still be some things changing, so who knows.

Don't know if I'm looking at it correctly, but the Nov 2010 sheet shows 249 FO's required in DTW, and we currently have 270  based on the count in iCrew. Be interesting to see the AE.
That Nov 2010 is the min staffing. the actual bodies report is always higher. for example from the last bid in dec the 22 d 2 report showed DTW 755 B as 171(this is min staffing) The 22 d 3 report that came out AFTER the bid was publised show the category acutal bodies as 200. So that category has 29 people in it over the min required by contract. I do not believe they can run the airline at min staffing (the 22 D 2 number) |
