MB we can just encourage all of our new brothers to make the walk to the Arm. Will clear up a lot of issues fairly quickly.

Up 40% on the equity money after close today. If the stock price hits $13.67 then we should all fill the 401K for the year. If we could get to the one year target price of $19 and change, we would all see around $65K.

It will be climbing or at least a overall positive trend. Most besides Fitch ratings are at least calling it a hold, to a buy. We are undervalued.

I like that one year target estimate of $19.50!

We can only hope for that. But remember, the investment firm is looking to sell the stock "off market" in one or two chunks to private investors/hedge funds/mutual funds etc. This is so the share price does not take a whack when millions of shares are dumped at once. The buying firm gets a discount for this. How much I do not know. Knowing ALPA, they will announce next week when its at $12 that they sold it last week for $10.

So true...and then they'll apply a portion for our future dues, and other sundry things, and we'll get about a buck twenty.

Why do they care if the share price drops when we sell our chunk? I don't see RA and his buddies selling their stock "off market" to protect the share price so why should we? I'm sure somebody is making tons of money in fees over this whole deal. They should have just given us the stock and let us sell it in our own brokerage accounts. I think we are giving this firm 2% to sell our shares for us. That's alot of coin when I could sell it myself in my own account for $5.

The open mkt could not bear that many shares on the sell side. It would take many trading days to handle the volume. We collectively would be hurt by that. The 2% also covers distribution costs and they say there may be some left for a 2nd distribution though I'm not counting on it. Though the higher the share price, the higher the 2% and this came out at a $6-$7 share price.
