What we should have a a 5:15 minimum day, period. When we get into an average minimum day we still get screwed.

If I work 17 of 18 days on reserve this month, does that trigger 5:15 pay? Or do I just get whatever I credit?
Another question to add on to this one... If you get a greenslip, AND work 17 days on reserve, does the greenslip go on top of 70 hrs or on top of 89.25 (17 X's 5.25)? |

Interesting, as I don't show it. I only have qualifications, training, and personnel data.
Be sure you are using iCrew not eCrew like in the lounge. This function is only available on iCrew. |

Of course, 5:15/day is better; then again so is $300/hr for every airplane. It's just money, and each of these cost money. We simply have to decide where and how to allocate it. |

Just to provide some historical perspective from my 20+ years, we've had at least 3 different methodologies with respect to this. When I was hired it was a 5:00 hr average, then it went to a per day minimum, but that could vary from 4 to 6, but the trip still had to average a minimum of 5, now its at 5:15 average. So, this is the best (as far as I recall) that its ever been.

Depends - to get the DPA credit, they need to be "Duty Periods" - a day where you just laid over or DHed don't count.

No, if you worked 17 duty periods your would be credited 5:15 for each one. It is a duty period credit not days worked. I would love to see this go back to a day average not a duty period average.

I'm on a Mac and just changed it, works fine. You may have to call IT folks, good luck.

Just found out they have fixed the glitch in icrew for changing our VRU pin for MAC users.
