had a system at F9 where you could bid short call (2 hrs), medium call (6 or 8 hrs) or long call (12 hrs). Commuters obviously went with long call, and spent more days on reserve because of it. Very simple and kept everyone happy, or, as happy as one can be sitting reserve.

Quick question..... Any of you guys have the new drop down link in icrew for changing your VRU password? The main page talks about it being under personnel but I can't find it on my icrew screen.

Well it is because most of your trips are worth 82 hrs or so. That is a lot of sick time for a call. Yes the WB pilots on the 330/765 and above get used significantly less than everyone else. It goes with the territory and amount of flying that can be picked up. |
