Hmmm. A plan for soothing the losing side? It was a close vote, so they really need a plan. What do you think the company should do?

Typical..........If you don't like it QUIT. Bit me:mad:

Not quite what he said, and taken out of context, but nice try. And since it is an up or down vote on representation, I don't think they have much of a choice now that the choice has been made.

GS,

How is it taken out of context? I quoted the entire post.

I really get tired to the NWA haters. You aren't one, so now I'm really confused.

PS. If you look, I pulled my post now that my blood pressure dropped a bit.

Maybe Crewpass for all! :D

All kidding aside, I'm thinking this is going to be an interesting transition. It's not unrealistic to conclude they're going to be trying to find some sort of scapegoat to focus on, jointly.

The South F/A's after a vote, I've seen before. The North, I'm sure are going to be shell-shocked, and paranoid. If there is anything at all to this "family" stuff, well, strike that, if there is anything to the idea that it's a more gentle, less hostile environment on the "South" side of the world, then I think our attitude will play a role. Not as much as the attitude of the "winners" in the F/A world, but some role nonetheless.

For my part, I'll do everything I can to be part of the solution. I've always tried to be polite and professional with them, despite the divide between our worlds, and it's worked well with most.

Yeah, don't know. Probably something to prove the AFAs worst fears won't come true.

I'm just trying to say there is a great deal of mistrust and fear of the company with the fNWA FAs.

Funny, but if I remember correctly, there was a little bit of chatter from us pilots about how terrible it is going to be to fly with a N (S) delta pilot. I will show them, yadda, yadda, but when we actually co-mingled as a crew, we each found out how much we had in common and the N/S issue really is dead for all intensive purposes.

Sink.............Dead On your dudeness!! I'm with ya

Maybe context wasn't the best word to describe the critique. "If you don't like it quit" has a lot more attitude than what he was saying, was what I was trying to get across. I don't think he had as much vitriol as you may have thought he intended.
