Nice find. I think Northwest used to fly MIA-AMS on the DC-10. Don't know why they stopped it, but there were several routes to AMS they used to fly (IAD-AMS comes to mind).

MCO-CDG is interesting. I suppose that's a benefit of the JV.

After looking at the map again, I'm not sure Delta is going to fly those routes. I mean, we don't fly Mexico City-Paris or Mexico City-AMS, although the map implies we do.

Speaking of routes, on Flyertalk someone found a post on an Italian aviation forum which said that Delta had requested a slot to fly daily JFK-NAP (Naples, Italy) with a B767.

Prime novità sulle richieste di SLOT Italia Summer 2011 - I forum di Aviazione Civile

Google Translate did the translation for me:

Prime novità sulle richieste di SLOT Italia Summer 2011
Pubblicato il primo aggiornamento degli SLOT per la stagione estiva 2011. Ecco le principali novità per quanto riguarda gli aeroporti italiani. Naturalmente è bene precisare che si tratta solo di richieste di slot e non di voli che necessariamente verranno operati:

There is no scheduled DTW-PEK flight right now by anyone.

I agree some could be codeshares but that one is new, for whatever carrier it is.

China Southern was going to start the route in 2009, but delayed it. Could be the economy, could be the 787 they were going to use was delayed:
