I hope/wish its replacement thinking for us to continue freight ops. I would be shocked if that was the case though considering they are closing ANC. Here's to hoping though!!!:D

Darn it took some time for that to come out.
He is still in there, for now.

Maybe a right sized freighter market based out of SEA and LAX with flying through NRT!?! You wouldn't have a subfleet like the 742 but rather just the regular 767... oh we could only hope.

Well we sent 767's to VCV for storage and they were scrapped. Not sold but cut apart. So, if someone wants these domestic 767's they better hurry up or we are going to have a bunch of beer cans to sell them.
This AC IMHO would have to have new engines put on it. It is a dog in the passenger config. I cannot imagine cargo

If we want to be an all 777LR fleet, couldn't we turn the other 777s into freighters... kind of like Air France? ;)

Oh wait... now I remember...

I'm going to start an airline if I'm furloughed. Just don't know what I'm going to fly or where to, but I think I know of some 767s in VCV that I could get my hands on. And if it fails, I'll turn them into beer cans. I'll also sell tickets for $39 and make flights to hot spots like St. Augustine FL, Toledo and Tunica.

And along with the 767s will be a fleet of E175s and B1900Cs... and an MD-11 or two. I'll call it Ponzi Airlines.

The award was for October and in October there will not be a specific block and reserve on the 744 as their BP5 is in Sept. My guess would have to do with CA augmentation and duty/trip hr credit changes.

Rule number 1 of aviation rumors: If it comes from a mechanic, it's probably not true.

Think of them as all similar to the janitor on Scrubs.
